Oakwoods completed the full refurbishment of the building reception, common area and external seating area of Queen Street Studios Exeter Student Accommodation.
Working closely with the project management team of Workman LLP and Emily Penrose Design, Oakwoods carried out phased site removals, partition installations, manufacture and installation of detailed bespoke joinery items as well as flooring, services adaptions, decorations, external decking and signage.
Completed in 8 weeks.
